General terms and conditions for booking and canceling the Goiglo Hotel

These terms and conditions apply to bookings made through the Goiglo website or other channel.

 

 

1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

When booking, you must provide your name, address, arrival and departure date and payment method. The reservation is binding on the hotel once it has been confirmed verbally, in writing or, for example, by e-mail, and you have received a confirmation number. The hotel may make the reservation subject to various policies, payment of the reservation fee or credit card confirmation as a condition of the reservation.

 

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TO THE HOTEL

The room is available at 3:30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. The hotel may have different arrival and departure times. For security reasons, only staff and check-in persons are allowed in the hotel rooms and other reserved areas, and the maximum number of persons per room and per room must not be exceeded.

Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking, or no other terms or conditions of your choice, the room is considered to be booked until 16:00 on the date of arrival indicated on the reservation. If you arrive later, you will need to confirm your late arrival by credit card or other agreed means. Otherwise, the hotel may resell the room. If you arrive at the hotel according to the check-in hours but the room is not available, the hotel must, at no extra cost, obtain the nearest room of the same standard.

 

3. BACKGROUND GUARANTEE

All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card upon confirmation *. When making a reservation, you will be required to provide credit card details via a secure guarantee link to the email, or a business guarantee from an authorized billing company. We do not accept credit card information by phone or direct email. Alternatively, billing customers can guarantee a reservation in the company name. The advance payment and its payment schedule shall always be agreed in writing with the subscriber in advance.

 

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUSAL

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or subject to any other conditions of your chosen rate or booking date, the cancellation must be made no later than 18:00 on the day before your arrival. If you do not arrive, the hotel is entitled to charge you a one-day price including tax and any additional reservation services.

 

5. DEPARTURE BEFORE THE AGREED TIME

If you are going to leave the hotel before the agreed departure date, you must notify the hotel by 16:00 the day before. For overnight stays, you must pay the agreed price for unused time. Departure before the agreed date may also cause a change in the total price of the accommodation.

 

6. FEES

All hotels accept the most common payment cards. However, the hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, coupons, checks or debit cards if the hotel itself has not offered to do so. If the room is not prepaid, the Hotel Room must be paid in cash or by credit card at the hotel. The hotel has the right to charge credit card holders and international credit card holders upon booking. As a prepayment, your credit card may be charged at the time of booking, as determined by the hotel, which will be deducted from the final bill.

 

CUSTOMER MOVING IN ACCOMMODATION

 

At the hotel, we follow good manners and rules of procedure. If you break these rules, you may be immediately removed from the hotel. However, you must pay the price of your accommodation and any additional services you have ordered and may not claim a refund of any payment already made.

For security reasons, only logged-in persons will be allowed into the hotel rooms and other reserved areas. The maximum number of persons per room and per room must not be exceeded.

Absolute silence at the hotel is between 22:00 and 7:00.

 

8. LIABILITY FOR THE CLIENT'S PROPERTY

Unless the hotel has accepted them for storage, the customer is responsible for his / her own luggage. The hotel is not responsible for the property in the room. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicle or property inside the car park.

 

9. CUSTOMER LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE

The customer is liable for a lost or broken room key and a door replacement for at least € 100 in immediate compensation. As a customer, you will be liable for any damage caused by you, whether by negligence or negligence (such as smoking in a room that triggers an alarm in the emergency room).

 

10. ACCOMMODATION OF A MINOR

Room reservations can only be made by a person over 18 years of age. The minor booker is responsible for the minor, regardless of whether he or she is staying with him or her. An unaccompanied minor must have a free-form permit sticker signed by the guardian stating the minor's name, date of birth and date of stay. The guardian's name and telephone number are also required.

 

11. PETS

Pets can also stay with us. A pet room is available on request. :)
